Following a theme of how skill is trained through the form, Professor Yek taught how to cultivate the natural elasticity that is needed for fajin.
Pakuranga Summer Festival 2008(Auckland)

It was festive time in Pakuranga. Over two days volunteers from Sing Ong Tai Chi Auckland gave a demonstration of the 42 movement form, and a short display of our tai chi exercises.
Lantern Festival in Christchurch
Mr Chan and students and teachers from the Christchurch Sing Ong Tai Chi groups gave a demonstration the tai chi exercises, the 42 movement form, and push hands.
Lantern Festival in Albert Park (Auckland)

Michael Yek and a group of Sing Ong Tai Chi students gave a demo in Albert Park in February 2006. It was a great atmosphere with the buzzing crowd, the sun setting, and the lanterns lighting up. The group did the tai chi 42 movement form, and Michael Yek did the tai chi staff form.
Demo in Palmerston North
In February, Sing Ong Tai Chi Palmerston North gave a demonstration at the Open day, Victoria Esplanade. The photo shows them doing the 37 movement short form. A good crowd of people enjoyed the show.
